Professional Indemnity of Notaries

Under the terms and conditions of this insurance ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP covers the liability of the INSURED for:

• claims for material damage incurred as a result of professional negligence on the part of the notary;
• damage caused by the assistant notary or the employees of the notary office during or in relation to their professional activity in accordance with the notary’s instructions;  
• litigation costs or legal defense costs, in consideration of additional insurance premium.

In case the assistant notary is acting as a substitute notary, the insurance cover for material damage caused by the assistant notary shall be valid provided that the notary has given his/her written consent for the substitution in advance. 

This insurance cover is valid for the territory of Bulgaria.
