Public Liability Insurance for Use of Firearms

Under the terms of this insurance, ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP will indemnify the INSURED /individual or legal entity/ for all sums, within the agreed limits of liability, which the Insured becomes liable to pay under a court decision or settlement of claims for property and personal damages to third parties suffered as a result of the use of firearms by the Insured or its employees.

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP will also compensate the INSURED for all expenses made during the claim settlement and incurred with the Insurer’s consent, whereas the agreed limits in the policy include the costs of settlement too.

The insurance cover is valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
