Product Liability
Under the terms and conditions of this insurance ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP undertakes to cover, up to the liability limit, the expenses incurred by a manufacturer or retailer of products in relation to:
Material or personal damages due to:
- death or bodily injury;
- loss or damage to moveable or real estate property;
suffered by the consumers as a result of any defect of the product insured under this policy, subject to the Insured’s or consumer’s observance of the conditions defining the use and storage of the product.
The insurance cover is valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad, excluding the US and Canada.
