Professional Indemnity for Construction and Design

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP undertakes to cover the liability of the Insured under claims submitted within the policy period, for actually sustained material and personal damages, including legal costs incurred by other participants in the construction and/or third parties as a result of unlawful action or inaction of the Insured during or on the occasion of the fulfillment of its obligations.

Covered are any claims related to the professional liability of the Insured and its workers/employees under a contract.
