Professional Indemnity of Syndics

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall indemnify the Insured (syndics, also referred to as receivers or bankruptcy trustees, or any other third party injured) for any claim brought against the Insured as a result of the liability of the Syndic in the exercise of his/her practice, for any material damage occurring during the policy period which constitutes a direct and immediate consequence of culpable failure to perform professional duties.

In consideration of additional premium, ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall indemnify the Insured, within the additionally agreed limit, for any legal costs and expenses awarded to him/her for legal defense on claims in court, pretrial, administrative and arbitration proceedings brought against him/her in connection to professional liability.
