ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the Company website https://www.bulstrad.bg and its mobile applications in accordance with Art. 58(c) of the Electronic Government Act (EGA) (suppl. SG 102/ 31 Dec. 2019) and Art. 39 and 39(a) of the Ordinance on the General Requirements for Information Systems, Registers, and Electronic Administrative Services (amend. and suppl. Compliance status
The Company website at https://www.bulstrad.bg and its mobile applications comply partially with the technical standard of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1), on account of the inconsistencies and exceptions listed below.
Inaccessible content
Despite our best efforts to ensure comprehensive accessibility, it is possible that some parts of the content may not be fully accessible due to the following reasons:
- Some uploaded files (old PDF documents, scanned images) may not be fully accessible for screen reader devices;
- Some video materials may not have captions.
- Partial compliance with the technical standard of WCAG 2.1: described in detail in Annex 1 and 2;

Enforcement procedure
Pursuant to Art. 58(1) of EGA and in accordance with its internal rules, the Company has established the following procedure for reviewing reports on accessibility issues:
Reports may be submitted at the offices of Company, through the contact form for clients on the Company website, through social media, or at the Registry desk in the Head Office of the Company. The report shall be examined by the competent units of the Company, with provision of response to the client within 30 days in accordance with the means of communication selected by the client when the report was filed, as follows:
1. Email; 2. On paper, delivered to the person through an office of the Company and/or by certified return receipt mail to an address specified by the client, with a reference number from the Registry desk of the Company; 3. Over the phone, through a Call Center or a company office. Complaints in accordance with the procedure under Art. 58(d)(2) of EGA on a failure to comply with the accessibility requirements should be submitted to the attention of the Chairperson of the Electronic Government State Agency (EGSA) at the following address:
