Private Enforcement Agent Professional Indemnity

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall indemnify the Insured (private enforcement agent or any other third party injured) for any claim brought against him/her as a result of the liability of the private enforcement agent in the exercise of his/her practice regarding any material and non-material damage which constitutes a direct and immediate consequence of culpable failure in professional conduct /harmful action or inaction/ occurring during the policy period.

This insurance cover is valid for the territory of Bulgaria.
