1. Fire;

2. Consequences of fire extinguishing, no matter if the damage is due to fire extinguishing at the insured premises or at the neighboring ones;

3. Explosion;

4. Lighting strike;

5. Natural perils: storm, hurricane, hail, torrential rain, including damage due to falling trees and branches as a result of natural perils;

6. Water damage due to failure in plumbing, sewerage, heating and steam installations and the appliances connected thereto (including due to water taps left open);

7. Malicious acts of third parties, vandalism;

8. Impact by motor vehicles or crewed aircraft, components or cargo falling from it;

9. Additional expenses:

9.1 Additional expenses for eliminating the consequences of an insured event (debris removal costs and expert fees) in the amount of up to 2% (two percent) of the total sum insured for the insured property, but not more than BGN 10,000 (ten thousand).

9.2 Additional expenses incurred by the Insured for uncovering and covering back built-in installations in the event of “Water damage due to failure in plumbing, sewerage, heating and steam installations” shall be covered, with a limit of up to BGN 300 during the insurance period.

The annual insurance premium may be paid in full or in four equal deferred installments, without a surcharge to the offered insurance premium.
