Clause A: Fire and other perils

This clause covers the following risks:

• fire;        
• consequences of fire extinguishing, no matter if the damage is due to fire extinguishing at the insured premises or at neighboring ones;
• explosion;
• implosion;
• lightning strike;
• natural perils: storm, hurricane, hail, torrential rain, including damage due to falling trees and branches as a result of natural perils;
• subsidence or landslide;
• weight of natural accumulation of snow or ice;
• water damage due to failure of water supply, sewerage, heating or steam installations (incl. due to water taps left open);
• malicious acts of third parties, vandalism;
• impact by motor vehicles or crewed aircraft, components or cargo falling therefrom;
• supersonic boom;
• additional expenses for eliminating the consequences of an insured event, up to 2% of the total sum insured for the insured property, but not more than BGN 10,000 (ten thousand).
• additional expenses incurred by the Insured for uncovering and covering back built-in installations in the event of “Water damage due to failure in plumbing, sewerage, heating and steam installations” will be covered with a limit of up to BGN 300 during the insurance period.

Clause F: Rental of alternative lodging

• Locksmith expenses with limits of BGN 150
• Expenses for document replacement with limits of BGN 150

Clause O: Public liability for damage caused by pets and pet accident

No deductible is applied with the insurance.

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP offers its customers the possibility to obtain insurance based on one of the following seven customized options with different sums insured or another arrangement, depending on the specific preferences of the Insured.

The annual insurance premium may be paid in full or in four equal deferred installments, without a surcharge to the offered insurance premium.

Taking out insurance is made as simple as possible, without performance of prior inspection.
