Employer’s Liability

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP will indemnify the INSURED /institution, sole trader or company which employees individuals/ for the sums that the Insured becomes liable to pay under an effective court decision or our-of-court settlement approved by the Insurer, as a compensation for damages caused by a labour accident which has resulted in a temporary or permanent disablement or death.

Insurance indemnity is also provided when the labour accident was caused by force majeure, during or in relation to the performance of commissioned work, other work which may have been unassigned but was still performed in the interest of the enterprise, or during rest breaks taken at work.
The insurance cover is valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
