Public Liability Insurance

Under the terms of this insurance, ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP is obliged to cover, within the agreed liability limits, all sums that the INSURED /legal entity/ becomes liable to pay under a court decision or a settlement of damages caused to third parties, arising out of the Insured’s public liability in relation to or during the activity of the INSURED / its employees, when such damages have occurred during the term of the insurance and within the validity period of the policy.

Damages to third parties include:

• total or partial loss /excluding theft/ or damage of property;
• death, permanent or temporary disablement due to an accident,

which have occurred on the territory of validity of the policy or as a result of the activity of the INSURED.

Cover is also provided for: loss of profit resulting from unlawful infliction of damages; late payment interest starting from the date of notification to the INSURER about the occurred insurance event; legal costs awarded in lawsuits against the Insured, when the INSURER was engaged in the court case.

The insurance cover applies for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
