INSURANCE SOLE OWNER JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP EAD

On 22 October 2021 VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe acquired 2,700,465 ordinary registered dematerialized voting shares of the capital of ZAD Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group, with face value of BGN 10 /ten levs/ each, which represents 85.80% of this capital.

With the acquisition of the shares, VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe now holds all 3,147,458 shares or 100% of the Company’s capital and is the sole owner of the Company.

The change was entered in the Commercial Register on 3 December 2021, which means that as of this date, the Company is solely owned and its legal name is: INSURANCE SOLE OWNER JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP EAD.
