For the third consecutive year BULSTRAD becomes Insurer of the year

The most prestigious recognition in the insurance sector of “Insurer of the Year” for Non-life Insurance in 2019 has been awarded to ZAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP for the third consecutive year.

The distinction was presented by Mr. Boyko Atanasov, Chairperson of the Financial Supervision Commission, to Mr. Nedyalko Chandarov, CEO of ZAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP.

“This award is not only a recognition, but also a responsibility. It is for all colleagues in BULSTRAD, whom I would like to thank for their dedication. I would like to express my gratitude also to my colleagues in the Management Board, Plamen Shinov, Ivo Gruev, Theodore Iliev, Nikola Pamukov and Svetla Nestorova for their faith in BULSTRAD’s mission, as we write together the new history of BULSTRAD. Special thankfulness to all our partners – brokers, franchise offices and agents, as well as to our clients who believe in BULSTRAD,” Mr. Chandarov stated regarding the event.

Due to the current emergency epidemic situation in Bulgaria, this year the event took place online, with special measures for social distancing, and was broadcast live on the Facebook page of the VUZF University for higher education in insurance and finance.

The most significant distinctions in the insurance sector in Bulgaria are awarded by the VUZF University for higher education in insurance and finance, the Association of Bulgarian Insurers, the Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Security Companies, Prof. Dr. Veleslav Gavriyski Foundation, and the Bulgarian Association of Insurance Brokers.
