Plamen Shinov presented with the overall contribution award of Prof. Dr. V. Gavriyski Foundation

Plamen Shinov, Executive Director of ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP, was distinguished with the highest recognition in the insurance sector “For overall contribution to the development of Bulgarian insurance”. The award was presented to Mr. Shinov on the Insurer’s Day, 1 October, during an official ceremony at Marinela Hotel in Sofia, organized by the VUZF University for higher education in insurance and finance, Prof. Dr. V. Gavriyski Foundation, the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABI), the Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Security Companies (BASPSC), and the Bulgarian Association of Insurance Brokers (BAIB).

The statuette “For overall contribution to the development of Bulgarian insurance” was presented by Manyu Moravenov, executive director of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

At the conferring of the award, Plamen Shinov gave thanks to the attendees from ABI, from the Guarantee Fund and most of all to his colleagues in Bulstrad and fellow associates in the Management Board of the company.

The high distinction in the insurance sector is awarded to established professionals and managers for their overall personal contribution to the development of insurance in Bulgaria.
