Official opening of the renovated customer center in Gorublyane

On 23 June 2020 the company managers of VIG Services Bulgaria cut the ribbon of the building in Gorublyane, which has undergone extensive renovation in order to provide comfort and attractive surroundings for the customers, in addition to the high quality of services.

The modernized client center features new offices spaces and a meeting room. The renovation has been carried in accordance with the general corporate style of ZAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP.

The renovation of the center for claims registration in Gorublyane is part of the strategy of ZAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP and VIG Services Bulgaria for service improvement. Currently, we are working to ensure that the offered services are uniform in scope and quality across all centers.

For the first time, during the event were shown two new specialized repatriation vehicles for road assistance services:  

Iveco 50 C/35 – equipped with an emergency platform with hydraulic control and suitable for repatriation of vehicles of up to 3.5 t and over 3.30 m long.

Iveco 70 C/35 – equipped with an emergency platform with hydraulic control and also a specialized forklift for loading and repatriation of heavy goods vehicles.  

The new website of VIG Services Bulgaria was also announced at the event. The website is designed in line with the latest web design trends and, once more, with consideration for the comfort and needs of the customers.

Another notable event coincided with the ceremony: Vasil Naydenov, manager of VIG Services Bulgaria, has retired, but he will continue to contribute to the development of the company. The entire collective of ZAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP and VIG Services Bulgaria would like to express their appreciation for the work together over the years and to wish Mr. Naydenov abundance of happy moments shared with family and friends.
